What should I do if someone sells my copyrighted work without my permission?
Uptick attaches great importance to the originality of the work. If the content of the work infringes the intellectual property rights of others, including copyright, the Uptick platform will notify the suspected copyright infringement and delete the relevant works and collections. Serious accounts will be suspended.
How do we deal with problematic works?
Upon receipt of a copyright removal request, we evaluate the submission for completeness and authenticity. If we determine that the removal request is well-founded, we will proceed with the offending work as follows:
Listed NFTs will no longer be sold in the market
The restricted NFTs cannot be transferred, listed for sale and etc.
