How to claim a Gift?

Uptick Gifts can only be claimed through the Upward Wallet app. When you click Claim on the web claim page, the system will check if the app is installed.

• If the app is already installed

Upward Wallet opens automatically and guides you through the claim process, where you can choose which wallet receives the gift. Some browsers may not open the app automatically. In that case, tap Open at the top of the page to continue.

• If the app is not installed

You will be directed to the official Upward website to download and install the app before claiming your gift.
