How to redeem an RWA?

You can find your minted RWAs in: ‘My Profile’ — ‘Items’

Hover over the NFT you wish to redeem and click: ‘…’ — ‘Redeem RWAs’

You are required to fill in the delivery information:

Receiver Name Enter the receiver’s full name.

Mobile Phone Number Please include the area code for cross-regional deliveries.

Delivery Area It is worth reminding that the delivery is currently only available in Hong Kong, China. More regions will be supported in the future.

Detailed Delivery Address Ensure the address is accurate and complete, otherwise we will not be able to deliver goods to you.

Once all details are confirmed, you need to pay the delivery fee to complete the redemption submission.

You can track the status of your redemption in ‘Redeem Records’ located in the upper right corner:

Unpaid Delivery information submitted, but still needs to pay the delivery fee.

To Be Delivered Redemption request submitted, awaiting delivery.

Received RWA has been delivered. Click ‘Confirm Delivery’ to complete the process.
