Step 4: Upload NFT metadata

Finally comes the extremely important part——Upload NFT metadata. You can submit the NFT metadata for free, and your NFTs will only be minted on the blockchain after someone makes a purchase.

There are two main ways to add it:

Batch upload

If you have a lot of different works to upload, or just want to upload in a more convenient way, you need to:

  1. Upload media files

  2. Upload metadata information

  3. Press the 'Upload' button to submit

If you are not clear about the invitation to upload files, you can click 'Download example' to view an example.

「Media file instructions」

  1. Click to select up to 10,000 media files, and the total size limit is 500 MB.

  2. JPG, PNG, and GIF files are supported.

  3. The name of the media file should be matched in the column 'image_file' in the metadata file.

Each row corresponds to an NFT, and you need to fill in the corresponding metadata carefully.

The columns with '*' are mandatory, they are:

  1. NFT Name: name of your NFTs (max 80 characters)

  2. NFT Description: the detailed description of your NFTs (max 800 characters)

  3. Image_file: name of your media file, must matched the media file name, including the extension.

Optional columns are:

You can add a property columns, which must follow the convention 'Properties [name_of_property]'.

For example, if you wanted background color to be a property, you can have a column named 'Properties [background]'. (Max 100 characters)

Upload one by one

Click the '+' button in the middle of the page, and an upload popup will open for you. You need to submit: NFT style, NFT name, introduction, and properties.
